Symptoms of appendix usually include pain in the lower right abdomen,loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting with or without fever and tenesmus(the feeling that a bowel movement will relieve discomfort).
Other signs are abdominal swelling, severe cramps, constipation, diarrhea, back pain might get worse when you move, walk or cough and painful urination.
