Neuropathic pain is resulting from injury or malfunction of the nerves or spinal cord.  it may cause by;

Trigeminal neuralgia, sciatica, post herpetic neuralgia, diabetic neuropathy, phantom limb pain, multiple sclerosis, chemotherapy, HIV infection, alcoholism, cancer,  back problem and spine surgery.
