Symptoms of genital pain in males depend on the underlying cause. It can occur with genital pain in a male include decreased urination, frequent urination, and pain during urination.
Other symptoms include fever, penile swelling, testicular swelling, penile discharge, penile itching, and penile sores. Pain may be more sharp or burning or from possible scar tissue from prior traumatic injuries.
