Chest pain related to a heart attack or another heart problem. Here are some possible symptoms of chest pain,

Pressure, fullness or tightness in your chest, crushing or searing pain that radiates to your back, neck, jaw, shoulders and arms, especially your left arm, pain that lasts more than a few minutes, goes away and comes back or varies in intensity, dizziness or nausea.

Other associated symptoms are shortness of breath, increased sweating and vomiting, abdominal discomfort, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, heartburn, ribs, the muscles and the skin.

Some people have occasional muscle spasms in their rectums. These spasms, called proctalgia fugax, usually occur at night. The pain of proctalgia fugax is sudden and intense, usually lasting less than a minute, but in rare cases the spasm can continue for an hour. The pain is described as a sharp, stabbing or cramp-like occurring at the anal opening.

The sensation is made worse by sitting and improves with walking or standing. The pain usually lasts approximately 20 minutes and tends to reoccur at regular intervals. Other symptoms are your anus feels swollen,  the pain persists for more than two to three days, you have a fever and you have changes in bowel habits, such as chronic diarrhea or constipation.

Periodic episodes of pain are a major symptom of sickle cell anemia. The pain may vary in intensity and can last for a few hours to a few weeks. Swollen hands and feet may be the signs of sickle cell anemia in babies. Some people with sickle cell anemia experience vision problems. Tiny blood vessels that supply your eyes may become plugged with sickle cells.

Other symptoms of sickle cell anemia pain are, severe pain, chest pain and difficulty breathing, strokes, joint pain and arthritis, blockage of blood flow in the spleen or liver, severe infections, patients with sickle cell disease develop severe pain in the back, arms, legs, and abdomen. Pain can occur anywhere in the body.

Doctors consider some attributes to diagnose the abdominal pain which include: pain characteristics, endoscopic, radiological and laboratory testing, surgery, diagnosis on physical examination and symptoms of abdominal pain.

Pain may be generalized, meaning that it is present in more than half of your belly. If the pain becomes more severe, it may be caused by a blockage of the intestines.  This type of pain is more likely to be a sign of a problem in one of your organs, such as the appendix, gallbladder, or stomach (ulcers).

There are two warning signals to indicate the possibility of prostate disorders. The first is the interference with the passage of urine, and the second is the need to void the urine frequently during the night’s sleep.

Other common symptoms are fever, chills, low back pain, abdominal pain (above the pubic bone), blood or urine in semen, pain and burning with urination, urinary retention, pain with ejaculation and pain with bowel movement.

Hip pain is often difficult to describe, and patients may complain that the hip just hurts. Some of the symptoms of hip pain are;
a fall, direct blow, twist, or stretch, the pain is felt almost immediately. Arthritis is also a common cause of hip pain

Bursitis, vascular necrosis, joint infection, muscle cramps, hip fracture, stress fractures of pelvis and spinal stenosis are other signs of hip pain.

Appendix usually begin with a sudden pain in the center of the abdomen, which gradually shifts to the lower right side. It increases over a period of six to 12 hours and become very severe. The pain may be preceded by general discomfort in the abdomen, diarrhea or constipation.

The main symptom of appendicitis is belly (abdominal) pain. The pain can feel like indigestion or like you need to have a bowel movement. Coughing and sneezing makes the pain worse. You have  back pain, a slight fever or a swollen abdomen.

Common symptoms of wrist pain can include an aching, burning, numbness or tingling in the palm, wrist, thumb or fingers. The thumb muscle may become weak, making it difficult to grasp things. Pain may also extend up to your elbow.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a painful condition caused compression of the median nerve that run in the tunnel, which runs through the wrist on the palmar side of the hand. Bruising, Inability to use your wrist normally,  aching, mild swelling and redness.

Symptoms of leg pain may have a wide range of presentation. The pain may be described in varying ways, Pain from muscles and joints often can be felt or palpated, meaning that touching the area reproduces the pain. However, the pain may radiate from its source to another location

Usually a patient will experience moderate to severe pain, which begins in the buttocks and runs down through the leg or foot. Patients with neuropathy  tend to describe their pain as a burning sensation, while those who have sciatica describe intense sharp pain.

Pain and discomfort are the main symptoms of angina. Angina is often described as pressure, squeezing, burning or tightness in the chest. It usually starts in the chest behind the breast bone.

Other symptoms are pressure, heaviness, tightening and squeezing, it is stabbing pain, numbness, chest tightness, breathlessness or choking feeling, it may spread to the left shoulder, arm, and hand or to the neck, throat and jaw.

Elbow pain is most often the result of tendinitis, which can affect the inner or outer elbow and usually begin gradually. The main symptom is pain, which may begin with a dull aching or soreness on the outer part of the elbow that goes away within 24 hours after an activity.

The pain may increase in the evening and make sleep difficult. The elbow might be stiff in the morning while fever, numbness or tingling are some other symptoms due to a disorder of the bones, joints or nerves.

Eyes are called the most sensitive organs in the human body, some of the symptoms of eye pain are;

Changes in vision, partial or completer loss of vision, pain in or around the eye, severe headache associated with eye pain, extreme light sensitivity, sudden or piercing pain deep in your eyes, something embedded in your eye and new floaters like spots, strings, cobwebs or shadows seen before the eyes.

Chronic ankle pain is normally a result of an overuse injury particularly if no specific traumatic event has occurred. It is characterized by pain on weight bearing that worsens with exercise.

Early symptoms in ankle arthritis are pain and perhaps swelling, after prolonged weight bearing or high impact type activities. If the ankle arthritis progresses then pain can become a more frequent occurrence and provoked by progressively less and less activity. Eventually pain can become present most of the time, even when non-weight bearing or at night in bed.

Dysesthesias spontaneous or evoked burning pain, often with a superimposed lancinating component are typical, but pain may also be deep and aching.

Neuropathic pain results from injury or damage to either the peripheral or central nervous system, and even a small injury to a nerve can result in a lifetime of chronic, severe pain.

The main symptom of appendix is abdominal pain. it is usually occurs suddenly and begins near the belly button and then moves lower and to the right. It can becomes sharper over several hours.

Other appendix pain symptoms are loss of appetite, nausea, constipation, vomiting, inability to pass gas, abdominal swelling and diarrhea.
